What we collect
When you make an offer, send an inquiry or buy a domain, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone, company, address and offer amount — together with your IP address for fraud prevention.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, complete a sale, and open an Escrow.com transaction on your behalf. Offers are never published or shared with other buyers.
Who we share it with
Escrow.com, when a transaction is opened, and the registrar involved in transferring a domain. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
We never receive or store card or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Escrow.com.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to three years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
